Transforming school, community, and health services to provide inclusive, equitable and supportive environments for children and youth and their families. Much of CanChild's research explores how to help people in those places support these children's being, becoming and belonging.

We aim to develop effective strategies to support the education and inclusion of children and youth with disabilities within school, community, and healthcare settings. Research programs, such as Partnering for Change (P4C), focus on developing tools and resources to enhance the capacity for providers to promote inclusive and supportive environments for children and youth with disabilities.
