Biography

Kim Hesketh is an Implementation Support Specialist and pediatric rehabilitation leader with extensive experience supporting organizations to plan, implement, and sustain meaningful change. She is currently a Manager of Global Clinical Operations, Learning and Training at Johnson & Johnson.

Previously, Kim worked with the Children’s Treatment Network (CTN) of Simcoe York, where she led the Implementation Support Program, oversaw organizational learning and development initiatives, and advanced system-wide projects to improve experiences for children, families, and clinicians.

Kim is also the Founder of K2: Continuing Education in Pediatric Physiotherapy, where she designs and delivers evidence-informed courses for clinicians across Canada and internationally. Her work reflects a deep commitment to knowledge translation, family partnerships, and strengthening interdisciplinary practice.

Kim's career includes roles with CanChild and the development of learning strategies, implementation tools, and network-based models that bridge research and practice. She is passionate about helping teams move from ideas to action through practical, sustainable implementation approaches.
