Victoria Boyd

Victoria Boyd is a Scientific Associate at the Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education (CACHE) at University Health Network. She completed a PhD in health professions education research from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in childhood disability with Dr. Wenonah Campbell at CanChild.

Dr. Boyd's research examines how critical approaches to education can equip health professionals to partner with children and families in more humanizing, collaborative, and equitable ways. Dr. Boyd aims to mobilize insights from her research through her work in education design, which currently includes the University of Toronto's interprofessional education curriculum refresh, to develop transformative learning experiences that prepare health professions learners for collaborative practice.
