Family engagement implementation coaching and mentorship is provided by individuals from our team with implementation science expertise to help your team put their engagement training into practice. This includes individual and small group coaching and mentorship.

Tailored Education & Training Packages
Our program provides practical knowledge and interactive engagement to equip participants with essential skills and insights. Our team will work with you to design unique education and training packages that addresses your organization’s specific goals and priorities and delivers meaningful impact. All education and training can be conducted in-person or virtually via Zoom.
An example of a recent partnership is with the Children’s Treatment Network where we worked together to understand what it means to nurture a culture of engagement with families within family-centred child development and rehabilitation service delivery. This year long partnership included foundational engagement training and tailored co-design sessions to work with staff and families.
This work culminated in a family engagement framework that emphasizes partnerships in policy and program development, as well as strengthened community connections. This framework ultimately laid the foundation for advancing and enhancing family engagement at CTN.
