
Danijela Grahovac is an IT engineer, parent researcher, and advocate committed to advancing childhood disability research and knowledge translation worldwide. Drawing on both her technical expertise and lived experience as the mother of a young adult with cerebral palsy, she brings a unique perspective that helps bridge academic research and family priorities.
Danijela has played an active role in the F-words for Child Development initiatives, contributing to the co-development of tools, peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and workshops, delivering close to 100 presentations and workshops nationally and internationally.
She also designed and maintained multiple learning management systems and digital platforms, including the F-words Training Program platform, F-words Knowledge Hub, ENVISAGE, and the Family Engagement in Research Program.
Her work highlights the importance of lived experience leadership in shaping more inclusive research, services, and communities!
