CanChild the IMCC 2025!

CanChild is grateful to have been a part of the International Medical Conference Curacao 2025, which took place last week from November 17-20! This dynamic medical conference featured expert speakers, workshops, panels, networking opportunities, and a nice social program to advance healthcare knowledge and innovation.

Dr. Olaf Kraus de Camargo, CanChild Co-Director, led the conference as Conference President, and highlighted how collaboration enhances both patient outcomes and healthcare professional wellbeing, reminding us that medicine thrives when we work together.

Dr. Jan Willem Gorter, Dr. Peter Rosenbaum, Dr. Andrea Cross, Rachel Teplicky, Danijela Grahovac, Dayle McCauley and Dr. Kinga Pozniak were also among the speakers at the conference, delivering a range of presentations on the topics including Transition to Adulthood, implementation of the F-words of Childhood Development, Youth and Family engagement in research, and Family Centred approaches to care.

This conference highlighted the vital role of patient perspectives in shaping medical research, treatment strategies, and healthcare policies!
