Pathways Health Centre for Children

In 2018, we were fortunate to have our full staff, along with clients, families and community partners join Dr. Peter Rosenbaum and Rachel Teplicky for a full day of shared learning focussing on caring for our clients and their families through the F-Words lens. As an organization, it is critical when we invest in all-staff training that we develop a methodology to support onboarding of new staff in the future. Pathways created this 1-page orientation to the F-Words that is meant to serve as initial training for staff. The F-Words are now embedded in our orientation to the organization and how we live into our vision to support children, youth and young adults to achieve their potential through effective partnerships.
